Pete Davidson briefly reactivates his Instagram account

Kim Kardashian’s beau Pete Davidson briefly reactivates his Instagram account… following Kanye’s disturbing video where he buries comedian alive

Pete Davidson made a short-lived return to Instagram last night.

The Saturday Night Live comedian, 28, reactivated his account – under the handle ‘@pmd’ – for about an hour on Wednesday, but quickly proceeded to leave the platform once again.

Kim Kardashian’s boyfriend’s social media activity coincided with her estranged husband Kanye West’s, 44, new music video for his song Eazy, in which he appeared to kidnap Davidson, decapitate him, and bury him alive.

Screenshots from fan accounts captured Davidson’s account going live on Wednesday, with his account looking the same as before, featuring one video post on his feed and a YouTube link in his bio.

The Staten Island native had previously made a return to Instagram in February, following a four-year hiatus to protect his mental health.

The funnyman’s most recent return came on the same day as Kim was finally declared legally single by a judge and was granted a bid to restore her maiden name in her ongoing, bitter divorce – a move vehemently opposed by West.

The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star began dating Pete after she hosted SNL on October 9.

It also happened after West’s graphic music video, where a clay-animated version of Kanye kidnapped Pete and threw a bag over his head before tying him up and throwing him on the back of an all-terrain vehicle.

The cartoon Kanye then buried Pete alive, keeping his head above the dirt and growing roses on it.

Kanye ended the clip with a direct message to the Saturday Night Live star: ‘Everyone lived happily ever after, except Skete’ before crossing out the name and writing, ‘You know who.’

Kanye continually refers to Pete as ‘Skete’ as a disparaging nickname, though the meaning of moniker remains unclear.

In the song West is also heard taking shots at Pete as he raps: ‘God saved me from the crash, just so I can beat Pete Davidson’s a**.’

Last month West took credit for driving Davidson off Instagram, a day after the comedian deleted his account.

‘Ran Skete off the gram,’ the rapper wrote, adding: ‘Tell your mother I changed your name for life.’

Ye seemed to ignore emotional pleas from his estranged wife, who revealed that she’s suffering ’emotional distress’ from the rapper’s constant jibes at her and Pete.

Pete – who suffers from Borderline Personality Disorder (BPM) – has had a complicated relationship with social media and cited his mental health as the reason for originally deleting his Instagram in mid-2018.

He penned a statement to his fanbase at the time, writing: ‘No there’s nothing wrong. No nothing happened. No there’s nothing cryptic about anything. I just don’t wanna be on Instagram anymore. Or on any social media platform.

‘The internet is an evil place and it doesn’t make me feel good. Why should I spend any time on negative energy when my real life is f***ing lit. The fact that I even have to say this proves my point. I love you all and I’m sure I’ll be back at some point. your neighborhood goon, Pete.’
