Peter Andre’s wife Emily couldn’t help but gush about their relationship after the singer spoiled her with a luxurious 32nd birthday celebration in London last week.
The Mysterious Girl hitmaker, 48, whisked his wife of six years away to the Shangri-La Hotel at The Shard in London, where they stayed in a suite with sprawling city views.
Reflecting on the lavish surprise, Emily wrote in her OK! column on Monday: ‘I’ve never met anyone that suits me the way that Pete does, and he says the same.’

‘Next year we will have been together for 10 years,’ Emily wrote. ‘For both of us, it’s already the longest relationship we’ve even been in, so it’s a big milestone.’
And Pete clearly wanted to pull out all the stops to demostrate his devotion to his wife as the pair gazed into each other’s eyes in the extravagant suite that offered panaramic views of central London.
NHS Dr Emily also revealed in her column that the staff at the pricey hotel started laughing at her because they’d never seen anyone so excited by the breathtaking room.
She explained she sat and stared at the view for over an hour because she was so in awe: ‘Some people may be used to that kind of luxury all the time,’ she said. ‘But for me it was a huge treat and I really tried to relish every minute.’

Since coupling up in 2012, Peter and Emily have had two children together while the singer is also the father to son Junior, 16, and daughter, Princess, 14, with his ex-wife Katie Price.
Peter and Emily left their children, Amelia, seven, and Theo, four, at home as they enjoyed the romantic night away.
Emily revealed spending the evening away from her kids was a struggle for her as she hadn’t been away from them for over a year due to the pandemic.
But the couple appeared to enjoy themselves regardless as Pete took to Instagram to celebrate his wife, saying: ‘Last night was so special. We’ve been together now for almost 10 years (married 6) and I honestly love you more than ever. Happy birthday beautiful.’

The singer made sure to document every moment of the exciting hotel stay as she headed into the swanky hotel suite.
‘This room though,’ Peter penned. ‘The Shard in London. Let’s have fun. [starry eyed face emoji] Happy birthday Emily.’
Gold balloons which spelt ‘happy birthday’ were hung above one window and the dinner table featured two bottles of alcohol, chocolate dipped strawberries and other decadent sweet treats.
Pete and Emily then headed to the upmarket Tíng restaurant at The Shard where they posed with a mojito on-hand.

Emily and Peter began dating in 2012, after meeting through her father Ruaraidh, when he performed the kidney stones surgery in 2010.
Knowing she was a fan of his music, Ruaraidh introduced Emily to Peter leading to a friendship that developed into romance two years later.
In 2013, Emily deferred the final year of her medical course in order to concentrate on impending motherhood when she fell pregnant.
In September the following year, after Amelia’s arrival, Emily resumed her studies while staying with her mum and dad in Somerset while Peter was on tour and is now a fully qualified doctor.
