Insiders for TMZ say that law enforcement is not aware of any bullets hitting Quando as he was not at the scene when they had arrived but their sources claim that he was in the parking lot before the shooting.

Quando – born Tyquian Terrel Bowman – was traveling with a large group as one man was reportedly shot in the hand and got treatment at a local hospital.

Police told the publication that it appeared as if Quando and his pals weren’t at the convenience store for a long period before the gunfire happened as it is believed that the group were just making a quick sop when shots were fired.

It is interesting to note, however, that the shooting had happened about 10 minutes from a nightclub where Quando had performed the previous night.

TMZ reports that the Georgia Bureau of Investigation is on the case.

It was previously reported that Quando’s entourage was involved in a November shootout with King Von’s entourage outside of an Atlanta nightclub which left Von dead at just 26-years-old.

One of Quando’s crew members, 22-year-old Timothy Leeks, was arrested for felony murder a day later.

One of Quando’s crew members, Timothy Leeks (pictured after an August arrest), 22, of Savannah, was arrested just a day after a furious gun battle erupted outside the Monaco Hookah Lounge just after 4am on the morning of Friday, November 6

Leeks – who is from Savannah, Georgia –  was arrested just a day after a furious gun battle that erupted outside the Monaco Hookah Lounge just after 4am on the morning of Friday, November 6.

Investigators initially reported that three people died in the shooting, but police said Saturday two were killed and a third remained in critical condition. Three others were also wounded.

King Von, real name Dayvon Daquan Bennett, was fatally wounded in the club’s parking lot and later pronounced dead in hospital.

In a statement issued after Leeks’ arrest, the Atlanta Police Department (APD) said he was in custody at Grady Hospital and was undergoing treatment for a gunshot wound.

‘The homicide of Bennett is closed with this arrest,’ the spokesperson told the Atlanta Journal Constitution.

Surveillance footage captured outside of the club that was later posted to Twitter shows a large group of men fighting outside, when one suspect appears to open fire, leaving at least two people apparently shot in the street
