Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills: Erika Girardi alleges that lawyer Tom Girardi, 82, cheated on her

Erika Girardi revealed that her marriage to Tom Girardi had been strained for years and also alleged that he cheated on her during Wednesday’s episode of RHOBH.

The 49-year-old reality star in the season 11 episode titled Affairs And Accidents also shared that a car accident involving Tom, 82, had been a coverup of sorts.

Erika’s revelations came after Kyle Richards, 52, brought the women to her house in La Quinta for a desert getaway.

It was reported during the trip that Tom had appeared in federal court in Chicago and had $2 million of their assets frozen by a judge.

‘Everything comes to an end,’ Erika said to the camera.

She told the camera in a confessional that she had not received ‘one dime’ from her estranged husband.

At Kyle’s La Quinta house, the women arrived but wondered if Erika would show.

Kathy Hilton, 62, was proud of herself for driving solo out from Los Angeles. Once she got there she asked Kyle if she had a man who could help her unload her luggage.

‘I don’t have help here,’ Kyle told her.

‘Did you bring a house man?’ Kyle asked Dorit Kemsley, 44 .

In a confessional Kyle said, ‘Sorry, Kathy, but this is not the Waldorf Astoria. No I do not have a bell man.’

Kyle then went out to help her sister with her luggage.

Dorit’s driver carried her bags up the stairs to her room.

Crystal Kung Minkoff, 35, and Sutton Stracke, 49, complimented each other in the kitchen while helping to unload the groceries.

In a confessional, Crystal said they had patched things up between them, but that she was still happy to be staying at a hotel ‘with a lock on the door.’

Kyle, Dorit and Lisa Rinna, 57, wondered what time Erika would show up.

Lisa said she knew there had been a court hearing earlier in the day regarding Erika’s estranged husband Tom. Dorit said she heard that the government froze all of Tom’s assets because it was determined that at least $2 million was used inappropriately.

‘So when they freeze money does that mean that you can’t touch it?’ asked Lisa.

‘No, you cannot touch it,’ Dorit said. 

She said in a confessional that she had it done to her once when her husband P.K. was sued a year earlier. 

‘That was scary. This seems a lot bigger and a lot more serious than anything I had to go through,’ she said.

Dorit told the women that she thinks that the lawyers were also asking for a medical evaluation of Tom because they don’t think he fully understands the gravity of the situation. 

She read them the article that said Tom and his law firm had been held in civil contempt for failing to listen to court orders by not being able to examine where funds went in the Lion Air flight settlement.

‘The most disturbing part of it is the $2 million dollars that was supposed to go to the orphans and the victims of the plane crash,’ Lisa said to the camera in a confessional.

Kyle got to work in the kitchen making a lasagna for the group and said she was having fun having Kathy over now that their relationship had been repaired.

Later that evening, Erika showed up and was hugged by everyone as it appeared that she had been crying.

‘We’re here for you,’ Lisa told her.

‘It’s not okay and it’s not going to be okay for a very long time,’ Erika told them.

Erika told them that the court case took place in Chicago because it was federal. She also told them that she had not spoken to Tom.

‘Absolutely not,’ she said. ‘When I left, I left and that’s it…And that’s hard, too. You are married to someone for 20 years and you know that they are struggling and they are not in a good place, but I’m actually very relieved.’

Erika said that Tom’s attorney said she feels that he is not mentally well and ‘this is something that I have said.’ She said no one would listen to her and ‘I tried and I tried.’ 

‘I’m getting dragged into all of this,’ Erika said. 

Erika said to the camera that the press first portrayed her a as a ‘bimbo, gold digging trophy wife’ was now saying that she was ‘a financial mastermind and I had my finger on the pulse of everything.’

She shared that she got a small tree at her new apartment for Christmas. Sutton told Erika that her father shot himself two days before Christmas and ‘if you want to talk about a sucky Christmas.’

Sutton said she was 32 years old and it was the first day of her mother’s retirement and she was home at the time.

‘She was so angry,’ Sutton said.

Erika told Sutton that losing her Dad was much more tragic than what she was going through.

Back in the kitchen, Kathy put together a bread basket of rock hard stale bread for the women and put it out on the table and Kyle couldn’t stop laughing.

 Later, Kyle dropped a glass spice container and she called Kathy in to clean up the broken glass. Kathy asked her where the dust buster was.

Erika came in with the broom because she said she liked sweeping.

When the women sat down to eat dinner outside, Kyle told them she had just received a text from her daughter that read ‘Mom, Drake follows Lisa Rinna up your game.’

Lisa said she didn’t realize Drake was following her. Kathy also told them there was a new moon that night and they needed to get rid of any toxic energy and also manifesting what they want moving forward.

Erika said in a confessional that she would do anything to make her situation better. ‘Give me a prayer circle, a lunar eclipse and quaalude, anything, I don’t care what it is,’ she said. 

She told Kyle she didn’t know what would happen with Erika Jayne, her performing alter ego.

Erika also said she had been solely supporting herself since November and alluded that she didn’t think Tom had any money. She also thought that Tom should turn in his bar card. She also told the women than when she watched Tom declining that he was also ‘mean as f***.’

Kyle told her that she knew when people got dementia that they sometimes got very angry. Erika also revealed to the women that when Tom crashed his car three years ago that he was unconscious for 12 hours. 

‘He drove off a cliff,’ she said.

Erika also alleged that Tom was also cheating on her. She said when he didn’t call her after the accident that she just assumed he was with some other woman.

‘You guys have no idea what I’ve been living through,’ Erika told them. 

Erika told them she never looked at Tom’s phone or papers, but that after Yolanda Hadid divorced David Foster she looked. She said she found the evidence – text messages and pictures. She said in a confessional that the relationships were years long.

‘I appreciate you all listening and understanding,’ Erika said. ‘I will be okay but I am not okay right now .’

Kyle and Lisa hugged her and told her that they loved her.

Lisa told them that her husband Harry Hamlin asked her in the morning, ‘How did Scott Disick get into our lives.’ 

Lisa said she thought that Scott’s relationship with her daughter was more friendship.
