Fitness guru Tammy Hembrow has long denied rumours she underwent a Brazilian butt lift to achieve her famously toned derrière.
And the mother of two, 26, reminded her 12 million Instagram followers on Friday her curves were ‘built not bought’, as she promoted her popular workout app Tammy Fit.
She shared a trio of photos of herself in tiny white shorts and a matching crop top as she posed in the master bedroom of her $2.88million Gold Coast mansion.

Tammy geotagged the location of the photos as ‘Built Not Bought’, referring to her fitness philosophy rather than an actual place.
She wrote in the caption: ‘I’m doing a mix of gym and home workouts from the app at the moment. Gym two to three times per week, home two times per week.
‘Whether you have to workout at home or you’re in the gym, I hope you are making use of all the workouts in my app! Link in bio to start your free trial.’

Tammy has previously revealed she ‘hates’ it when people falsely accuse her of having undergone a Brazilian butt lift.
She said during an interview with Studio 10 in December 2019: ‘I hate when people accuse me of doing that.
‘I take such offence to it because I worked so hard and it makes me annoyed.’

When asked how she maintains such a curvy backside, Tammy said it was all down to weight training.
‘I do a lot of heavy weights. You’re not going to build any muscle if you are not doing leg weights,’ she explained.
‘I see a lot of girls doing cardio and this and that, [but] it’s not going to build any muscle really.’

It comes after Tammy revealed last month she was feeling ‘super lucky’ to be in Australia during the coronavirus pandemic.
‘I’m in Australia so we are super lucky we don’t really have a lot of cases compared to everywhere else, like America,’ she said on Instagram.
She added: ‘We are sort of shut off from the rest of the world and the state that I live in [Queensland] has pretty much no cases. I think most of them are in quarantine.’

Tammy then explained to her American fans that the low case numbers mean she doesn’t have to wear a face mask when she leaves her home.
‘That’s pretty much why we are super blessed and don’t have to wear masks,’ she said.
‘If I was overseas I would definitely be super cautious and stay home if I had to or wearing a mask, but I’m super lucky to be in Australia right now.’

Tammy purchased her five-bedroom waterfront mansion on the Gold Coast in August last year.
The two-level home overlooks the river and boasts views of the city skyline.

Outside, the large property has a white facade, manicured gardens and its own jet ski ramp and timber jetty.
The entrepreneur recently told fans the purchase was the result of ‘working hard’ and ‘believing’ in herself.
Starting her career as an Instagram influencer, Tammy now owns several businesses, including the fashion label Saski Collection.
