Travis Scott showed support for his younger sister Jordan Webster by attending her graduation ceremony at Howard University on Saturday in Washington, D.C.
The rapper, 31, was captured sitting in the audience while actress Taraji P. Henson delivered the commencement address for the class of 2022.
Taking to his Instagram Story, Scott shared a snap of Jordan in her cap and gown with his 44.7million followers.

‘Had to see my sister cross that stage today,’ he captioned the post. ‘Congrats U did it. Ur amazing Law school next let’s goooo.’
Howard University is a private federally chartered historically black research university in the US Capitol, which offers ‘studies in more than 140 areas leading to undergraduate, graduate and professional degrees.’
Scott was not the only celebrity in attendance on Saturday, with comedian/actor Anthony Anderson and fellow musician Common also snagging seats in the crowd.
Henson, along with delivering the commencement address, was award an honorary doctorate from her alma mater. She’d originally graduated from Howard University in 1995 with a Bachelors of Fine Arts.

Scott did not reveal his sister’s area of study, nor where she plans to pursue her law degree.
The Sicko Mode rapper’s appearance came just hours before he was set to make his first public performance since the Astroworld Festival tragedy in November, where a crowd surge claimed the lives of 10 concertgoers.
The deadly incident took place during Scott’s performance set on the evening of Friday, November 5, in his hometown of Houston, Texas.

It spawned countless legal woes for Scott, as well as intense public backlash for his alleged handling of the deadly incident.
He was also sacked as a 2022 Coachella headliner, as well as a headliner for the Day N Vegas festival last year.
After keeping a relatively low profile for six months, Scott returned to the stage on Saturday for the first time publicly since the festival.

He performed at the 20K-square-foot nightclub E11EVEN Miami in Miami, Florida, which he expressed excitement over on his Instagram Story.

Tickets cost $150 for women and $250 for men at the 21+ Florida venue, and TMZ reported last month that VIP tables may have cost well over $100K.
It was also announced last month that Scott is expected to perform at his first festival since Astroworld this coming November.

The star is expected to be performing in front of crowds larger than 100,000 at the festival which will visit Brazil, Chile and Argentina.
TMZ also reports that Scott is expected to appear at more concerts over the summer of 2022.
As he continues to plot his career comeback, Scott is also focused on family life with baby mama Kylie Jenner.

Though they’ve yet to announce a replacement name, the reality star recently shared a glimpse at her baby boy in a video uploaded to her YouTube channel on Wednesday.
