BARGAIN hunters are left divided over a £12 Poundland summer buy.

Whilst some are desperate to nab the cheap sprinkler, others described it as a total waste of money.


One shopper, Rebecca Bernadette, was thrilled when she spotted the reasonably-priced garden buy.

The Poundland fan proudly took to Facebook to show off her epic new purchase, leaving many open-mouthed. 

Posting in the Facebook group, Extreme Couponing and Bargains UK group, which has 2.2million members, the thrilled shopper shared a picture of her cheap find – a rainbow sprinkler.

The savvy shopper shared her post with the caption ‘£12 in Poundland!’ and uploaded a snap of her new purchase.

However, social media users were divided by the rainbow sprinkler – whilst some were desperate to nab one, others described it as a “waste of money.” 

One person said: “Could do with one for myself lol.”

Another added: “I want this for me, nevermind the kids haha.” 

A third commented: “This could be good if you don’t want the whole pool out.”

Whilst one shopper tagged a loved one and noted: “Kids need this.”

However, at the same time, not everyone was as complimentary of the Poundland buy.

One user posted: “Waste of money, [it] kept falling over with us!!”

A second chimed in: “Waste of money, bought one a couple of days ago, it doesn't stand up.” 

A third tagged a friend and claimed: “That’s what I got that year and it didn’t work haha.”
