ANY bride will agree that one of the biggest expenses is the dress – right?

Well it doesn’t have to be with these budget brides raving about Amazon’s range of wedding dresses costing as little as £14.

One of the most popular gowns is the Lalagen mermaid wedding gown that has received almost 5,000 almost exclusively five star reviews.

And at just £32 the dress more than exceeded expectations for many.

Sharing a snap from her big day, one happy customer named Ana wrote: “This dress looked amazing on me for my wedding! 

“I was nervous that it wouldn’t fit how I wanted because I had gained some weight, but the extra weight like amazing on me for the dress! Great price and quality.”

Agreeing, another attested, “Soft and stretchy material very flattering! I really love this dress!! Couldn’t be happier with how it looks!!”

Another popular and inexpensive choice was the Ikerenwedding v-neck dress, with an embellished bodice at £95.

Posting her reviews, a bride said: “So I ordered a custom made dress on Etsy for $350 and ended up hating it. 

“Took a chance and ordered this dress two days ago in size 14 (I’m usually a 10/12) . Wow. 

“It is GORGEOUS. I am tall (5’10”) and this fits me perfectly. I did remove the belt and the sheer fabric on the chest. I added my own belt that I made. It is a great dress at a great price!!!”

Equally impressed, another said: “If you’re thinking about ordering this dress…do it!!!! 

“I read all the reviews before and took the plunge and ordered it. It was the best decision. 

“All I had to do was get it hemmed because I am on the short side and I opted to get rid of the mesh in the front. 

“The quality is amazing for the price. I’m so glad I did not spend thousands on a dress!”

The top of the frocks when it comes to price is the Clothfun mermaid style dress that costs as little as £14 – and seems to do the job just as well.

Captioning her five star review, a bride wrote: “I love the dress, it’s just the neckline that I didn’t like. Overall it’s Perfect and exceeded my expectation.”

Another big hit was the £99 full-skirted, plunge Abaowedding gown.

“I was doubting I would find my dream dress, but this was perfect for our vegas wedding,” said one happily married lady.

Another was equally thrilled, adding: “This dress was absolutely amazing!!”

At the pricier end of the scale was the £130 Liposa bohemian style strappy dress which has proven a hit among brides.

“Was super skeptical about purchasing a wedding dress off amazon but it turned out to be everything I’d hope to have in a wedding dress!! I LOVE IT!!” wrote one.

Another agreed, adding, “So beautiful, I felt great, made my wedding.”
