A WOMAN was left regretting her decision to get her eyebrows microbladed when she ended up swollen and sore.
The mum-of-three decided to treat herself to a beautifying session, but prompted gasps from people online when she shared a TikTok of the results.
"So I did a thing today," she said, with her hands over her brows.
"Somebody please tell me that this is normal and it'll fade?"
She then removed her hand to show her brows looking incredibly dark and prominent.
"Ugggg I did the same thing and I looked like an angry bird for a year," one person commented on the video.

As another added: "A friend of mine had it done. They looked super dark in the beginning.
"They are slowly lightening. So hopefully yours will too."
"Mine looked like this when I got them done too, they fade, and now I love them. Trust the process," a third insisted.
But things went from bad to worse for the woman, who shocked even more when she revealed her day 2 progress – and was so swollen she could barely open her eyes.

"As a Microblading Artist, this is not an expected reaction," one person commented on that video.
"Please get help. Additionally, the technique done on you was not Microblading…
"I’ve been Microblading for yearssss and NONE of my clients have had this reaction. It may be an allergic reaction!" another said.
As a third wrote: "That's definitely not microblading and not normal!"
"I took everybody's advice and I went to the doctor," she said on day three.
"I got an antibiotic and an antihistamine. He said he was unsure if it was an allergic reaction or an infection so he wanted to treat for both.
"I really appreciate everybody's advice.
"I know the eyebrows are extremely dark, I am trying so hard to trust the process on that. If not then I've been setting up some things to get them fixed."
On day four, she told her followers: "I have now had seven doses of antibiotic and am taking the antihistamine.
"I have contacted the place, they basically told me to put ice on it and give it three weeks. So I'm trying to trust the process."
She added hashtags on the video including #GrouchoMarx and #Imscrewed.
"Who did them, Groucho Marx?" one person joked.
As another added: "This looks more like a tattoo rather than micro bladed ?"
"But also looks like one side is closer to middle then the other. Did they mess that up? Oh dear."
"They messed everything up," she replied.
She later revealed that she'd been contacted by two local business owners who had offered to laser the brows off once they'd fully healed, and do them again.
"I’m actually on like day 23 now and I’ve seen the people who are going to fix this and they said they micro shaded them," she explained to one person who had admitted her cautionary tale had made them nervous about their own microblading appointment.

She's also been washing the brows twice daily with an antibacterial soap, as well as using Aquaphor cream to try and help the healing process.
But she insisted she felt "so much better" after learning that there was a fix that could be done, and the businesses had offered their services for free.
