A FASHION expert is offering up some tips that will make Shein clothing appear as though it costs a pretty penny.
In a YouTube video titled "10 Tricks to Make SHEIN Clothes Look EXPENSIVE," an influencer named Mariale explains how to make the outfits look high fashion.
"I've seen some videos talking about how to look expensive on a budget, and a lot of them talk about getting stuff tailored or about maybe wearing it with something that's lower-end and then pairing it with something that's higher-end and I just keeping thinking… no," she said.
She continued: "For this video, I want to focus on how to make the most out of whatever limited budget you might have.
"Or if you just don't want to spend that much money, that's OK too."
The first tip is to think about what you're going to buy as opposed to just scrolling and making impulse purchases.

Luckily, Mariale said "neutrals and basics are your friends," and recommends buying such products to get the most for your money.
Monochrome outfits are also in.
Mariale notes that white is especially a good color to go for when you want to look high-priced.
When making the decision to order an outfit for monochrome purposes, the influencer advises being extra careful so as to not accidentally purchase a see-through item.

Tip No. 3 is to look at the website of some of your favorite designers and draw inspiration from the way they piece items together.
It's important to know that Mariale isn't recommending buying exact dupes of the luxury items, simply pay attention to the styling.
Sizing up on clothing is another tip, especially if you're unsure.
According to Mariale: "When clothes are tight on you, it tends to look cheap. But when it's oversized, it looks expensive."
Washing your clothes less often, making sure your bra and panty lines aren't visible, accessorizing, and dressing in layers are among the other tips offered to help make clothes look expensive.
Mariale isn't the only influencer offering up super helpful clothing tips.
TikToker @Americanthreads, who has nearly 400,000 followers previously shared a nifty trick to achieving a more voluptuous silhouette, without needing to splurge on a special bra.
In contrast to Mariale, fashion expert Meytal, who goes by the handle @stylehard on social media, previously offered a few reasons why your pricey apparel can be making you appear cheap.
She cited wearing heavily branded clothing featuring many logos as something that may be making you look cheap.
