THE QUEEN's Platinum Jubilee, which marks an historic 70 years on the throne, is fast approaching.

Where will Prince Harry and Meghan Markle stay during Queen's Platinum Jubilee?

The Queen's Platinum Jubilee is a highly anticipated period in the calendar because of its historical significance, and because the celebrations will coincide with a much needed break for many.

As festivities take place across the UK to celebrate the 96-year-old's seventh decade on the throne, Brits will also be relishing an extended weekend.

The late May Bank Holiday has been moved to June 2 to make it a four-day weekend running from Thursday, June 2, to Sunday, June 5.

Harry and Meghan, who have relocated to California, will return to the UK to celebrate the occasion.

The couple are expected to stay in their first family home, Frogmore Cottage, situated in the grounds of Windsor Castle.

Despite living in a £11million house in Los Angeles, the Sussexes continue to lease the property, which was their home before their move Stateside.

Harry’s cousin Princess Eugenie, and her husband Jack Brooksbank currently occupy the property with their son, August.

The expectation is that she will open up the guest bedrooms to accommodate the couple when they arrive in the UK.

Will Prince Harry and Meghan Markle bring their children to the Platinum Jubilee?

The Sussexes confirmed in May that they could be travelling from their LA home with children Archie, three, and Lilibet, who is nearly one, for the Jubilee celebrations.

A representative for pair said at the time: "Prince Harry and Meghan, The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are excited and honoured to attend The Queen's Platinum Jubilee celebrations this June with their children."

On 26 May, 2022, it was revealed that the couple were expected to join the Queen at a thanksgiving service at St Paul's Cathedral on Friday June 3, 2022.

The Telegraph reported that their children are unlikely to attend.
