Alison Hammond and her landscape gardener beau Ben Hawkins have reportedly "proposed to one another", according to her future father-in-law.
It is understood the happy couple have been dating for more than two years despite keeping their whirlwind romance under wraps.
Now, her future father-in-law Colin Hawkins, 72, has hinted that there are wedding bells on the horizon.
Speaking to MailOnline, the excited relative revealed the loved-up couple have "proposed to one another" when he was asked it the pair were secretly engaged.
He told the publication: "I do know they have both proposed to one another but there are no rings that I know of."
The doting relative revealed how the 58-year-old TV presenter was the "nicest woman we've ever met" and couldn't help but gush over how happy the pair are together.
Daily Star has reached out to Alison's representatives for a further comment.
Alison previously admitted late last year that she was seeing "someone special" and was even ready to tie the knot if he "wants to pop the question".
The BAFTA Awards 2023 host is said to have fallen in love with the talented landscaper after employing him to work in her garden at her West Midlands home back in 2021.
It comes after the mum-of-one was pictured leaving Ben's home in Worcestershire where he lives with his parents.
