Almost two decades on from her initial rise to fame on Big Brother, Aisleyne Horgan-Wallace is still capturing headlines for her stunning figure.

At the age of 44, the reality TV icon is looking as gorgeous as ever. In a recent appearance at the PINK Ribbon Foundation's annual gala dinner in London, she set the world alight, in a sheer and plunging dress.

The stylish frock left little to the imagination, showing off her beautiful physique. And judging by the beaming smile on her face, she was very happy with how she pulled it off.

The charitable evening, which celebrated the breast cancer organisation's 23rd anniversary, was attended by a plethora of big-name stars. The likes of Christine McGuinness and Lizzie Cundy joined Aisleyne to celebrate PINK's work.

With a sense of adventure, the London girl decided to continue her evening. Photos later captured her enjoying the capital's skyline as she strolled by the Thames.

Following her stint in the Big Brother house back in 2006, Aisleyne decided to make a drastic decision. Feeling the need to increase her breast size, she decided to splash a whopping £50,000 on the largest implants legally available in the UK, at 34FF.

However, earlier this year, she had a monumental change of heart. Having seen Katie Price undergo a huge size increase, Aisleyne debated going smaller.

In an exclusive interview with Now Magazine, she fired shots at 'Jordan'. She explained: "I want to get a reduction and have natural-shaped boobs."

She continued: "Katie going bigger has put me off, and I want to go smaller. Her's look too big."

While some deem her verbal attack against Katie somewhat unwarranted, it showcases Aisylene's efforts to turn her back on all things artificial. And while she's not undergone the procedure yet, it very much looks like she's heading in that direction.

The model added: "As I’m getting older, I’d like to look a little bit more natural – not too much, but I’m going smaller. I’m not sure what size yet, but I am thinking about it."
