Vogue Williams’ love life after virginity confession and plastic surgery rumours

Podcaster Vogue Williams has made headlines after revealing she lost her virginity at 18 years old to her 27-year-old boyfriend.

Speaking on the Taboo Talk podcast, she said: “He was picking me up in my school uniform.”

Vogue insisted it was a good experience for her, adding: "It was actually good for me because he kind of took the lead because I don’t know if I would’ve.”

The 36-year-old said that they are no longer friends, though they still live in the same area.

She has had a few high-profile relationships in the years following, including two husbands.

Here is everything you need to know about Vogue’s dating history and her relationship with plastic surgery as she presents Send Nudes: Body SOS tonight on E4.

Who is Vogue Williams dating?

Vogue is married to reality TV star Spencer Matthews, best known for his time on Made in Chelsea.

The 33-year-old’s brother, James Matthews, is married to Pippa Middleton, the sister of Kate Middleton, making him and Vogue closely related to the Royal Family.

He also had an older brother named Michael, though he tragically died in 1999 after summiting Mount Everest, which made him the youngest Brit to do so.

Born in Sheffield, he met Vogue in 2017 before they tied the knot just a year later.

They now have three children, Theodore Frederick Michael, Gigi Margaux and Otto James.

She is open to having a fourth though, telling Hello! magazine: "I never rule anything out but I think we might end up with four.

“Right now we are very content with three but I love the newborn stage so much.

“This last pregnancy wasn’t the most enjoyable as I experienced a lot of sickness, particularly towards the end.

“Everyone has been different but I wouldn’t change anything for the world. Time will tell but I know we’ll never have more than four… I don’t think!"

Who has Vogue Williams dated in the past?

Brian McFadden

Vogue met Brian McFadden in 2011 and the pair married less than a year later.

He rose to fame in 1999 as a member of the Irish boy band Westlife.

Brian quit the band in 2004 to pursue a solo career and has gone on to find work as a broadcaster in the UK and Australia.

Vogue and Brian were married for three years and in 2021 she opened up about the relationship coming to an end.

  • What was Marilyn Monroe's real name – and why was it changed?

Speaking on her podcast My Therapist Ghosted Me, Vogue explained: “To be honest I think you should just move on, everyone just leave with their own stuff, get divorced quickly and be done with it, because it's the most annoying thing.”

She added: “With my divorce, we just went our separate ways and did our own thing and took our own stuff that we went in with.

“So, it was a really easy divorce, but they’re not all like that. It depends on who you’re dealing with.”

Laurence Fox

Back in 2017, there were numerous rumours that Vogue dated actor-turned-activist Laurence Fox, though it was something she dismissed outright.

Speaking to the Daily Mail that year, she was asked about the pair being spotted holding hands.

  • Emily Atack puts on red-hot display as she sizzles in plunging minidress

Vogue said: “I was very hungover that day. We’re very good friends. We’re not dating. I’m single but I’m dating when I have time.

“What do I say, ‘I’d love to go on a date but I’m not back till March, so if you can just wait two months?’”

Professor Green

A year prior to the Laurence Fox reports came rumours Vogue was dating DJ Professor Green.

As reported by The Sun, a source told the publication: “They looked completely relaxed eating outside in the sunshine.

  • 'Loona bring K-Pop magic to London with non-stop fun despite unfortunate absences'

“After lunch the two of them walked back to his just down the road and went inside."

The supposed romance was never confirmed by either star.

Has Vogue Williams had work done?

Vogue has also opened up about her relationship with plastic surgery, admitting it was something she strongly considered in the past.

Specifically, she considered a boob job.

Speaking to the Irish Examiner, she said: “Ah yes, when I was young, I’d say the one thing was that I had tiny boobs.

  • Eamonn Holmes tells fans 'I want my life back' as he prepares for 'risky' op

“I went through all the big padded bras that you’d throw on the ground and they’d literally make a thud, and there was always that.”

Ultimately, Vogue decided against the cosmetic operation thanks to a procedure she had done on her knee.

The surgery left her “in bits” and put her off going under the knife ever since.

Vogue continued: “But when I had my knee operation, it was the first operation I’d ever had. And I just thought to myself: never, ever again am I going to have an operation if I don’t need to, because I couldn’t believe the recovery on it. I was just in bits.

“The anaesthetic did not go down well with me, and I just wouldn’t want to have to put myself in that position.”
