Country superstar Keith Urban is such a talented artist. In addition to his many hits and awards, the Australia-born singer has at times been the target of gossip. Urban has been the topic of several rumors that he has gotten plastic surgery, especially as of late. The husband of Nicole Kidman is known as one of the nicest guys in the music business. Urban is even a mentor and friend to Taylor Swift and tries to help new artists. 

So why does the singer keep getting hit with gossip about plastic surgery? Look no further than Twitter on the night of the 2021 Academy of Country Music Awards, where host Urban showed up on screen looking a bit more enhanced than the last time anyone saw him.

Twitter user @juleslalaland wrote, “Keith Urban has spent lockdown getting some super creepy plastic surgery. Wow.” Another fan watching the ACM Awards tweeted, “Keith Urban, let yourself age gracefully. Plastic surgery is making you look like a cross between Siegfried & Roy & a lesbian.”

Keith Urban plastic surgery rumors have been shot down in the past

Gossip surrounding Keith Urban getting plastic surgery seems to swirl around the country superstar. In 2018, Gossip Cop shot down a tabloid rumor Urban was trying to get some “work done” on his alleged “turkey neck.” The outlet confirmed with Urban’s spokesman that the turkey neck story was completely untrue.

The plastic surgery watch sometimes includes his beautiful wife, Nicole Kidman, too! After a TV appearance in 2020, one viewer tweeted, “We watched CBS Sunday morning show yesterday, and Keith Urban was on it. I couldn’t pinpoint what was going on with his face, but something looked weird to me… and when they showed Nicole … the top of her head looked a lot wider to me.”

Another plastic surgery rumor making the rounds about Urban was that he and Kidman do Botox together. According to Gossip Cop, though, the story is false. The media outlet reported that Urban’s spokesperson said, “Good lord, what won’t they say?”

While news about Urban’s plastic surgery or Botox keeps popping up — and Urban’s face seemingly keeps changing — the singer himself hasn’t been forthcoming about any information regarding enhancements. So that is that!
