A latex-clad dominatrix trio appeared at a local council meeting and demanded lawmakers build a £200,000 BDSM sex dungeon.

The leader of the group, identified only as Miss Cave, spoke out at a city commission meeting in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, on Tuesday (December 20).

The city's commissioners were discussing a contract for a waste processing plan, worth roughly $1million (£830,000), when Miss Cave marched to the speaker's podium tailed by two women in gimp suits.

She said: "Good evening council peoples, you may call me mistress.

"I find it interesting that you would spend almost $1m to hide your secrets down the drain. Hiding that condom I know you use to cheat on your spouse with.

"So, I propose that you use $250,000 (£208,000) to support doms and subs in Broward County. Build a dungeon created for us, by us, the taxpayers and voting citizens."

In her closing remarks, Miss Cave urged the commissioners to take her proposal seriously.

She continued: "Do not let this glamorous look distract you from doing your duty to take my demand.

"I look forward to spanking each and every single one of you at the new esteemed dungeon. You are dismissed."

The three women then marched away from the speaker's podium to stunned silence, which was eventually broken when one commissioner said: "Thank you – and happy holidays to you."

The councillors then spoke amongst themselves, debating whether any of their districts already had a sex dungeon.

They eventually decided to move on with their $1m waste management proposal without budgeting for Miss Cave's idea.
