ALL Creatures Great and Small fans have been left in tears after a beloved character announced her exit in a poignant clip.

Last night the Channel 5 drama came to an end leaving viewers feeling emotional.


In a poignant clip from yesterday's episode, fans witnessed the pivotal moment when Mrs. Hall (portrayed by Anna Madeley) delivered her resignation to Siegfried Farnon (played by Samuel West).

Mrs. Hall said that she will give Siegfried three months' notice before leaving.

"Mr. Farnon, I need to talk to you about my position," Mrs. Hall said, her voice filled with emotion.

"Right," the vet responded as Mrs Hall pulled out her resignation letter.
