THE rumour mill has been in overdrive after Angelina Jolie and The Weeknd have been spotted AGAIN.

The Starboy singer and actress were first pictured together in Los Angeles on Thursday, 1 July, 2021, and have sparked dating rumours ever since.

Are Angelina Jolie and The Weeknd dating?

Angelina reportedly spent hours at a restaurant with the artist before both left separately "to avoid raising suspicion".

They were caught red handed leaving the Italian restaurant Giorgio Baldi and have not said a word about their outing since.

While it's possible that this dinner was a date, it was more likely a business meeting according to a source close to The Weeknd quoted by Page Six.

"They're clearly not trying to hide the dinner date", the source said, "he's definitely focused on getting to the movie business. He has the new HBO series he's starring in."

A quick reminder: The Weeknd – whose real name is Abel Tesfaye – will star in the HBO Max series The Idol and could have well been asking for acting tips from Brad Pitt's ex-wife.

Both were spotted out for dinner at Giorgio Baldi in Santa Monica on Saturday night (September 25, 2021).

They spent two and a half hours inside a private section of the luxurious family-run Italian restaurant.

Both arrived separately at 8.05pm, but were seen leaving together in The Weekend's black SUV.

How do Angelina Jolie and The Weeknd know each other?

This is the first time that the two stars have been linked, as they are not known to be friends.

In his song Party Monster, released in 2016, The Weeknd has mentioned Angelina's famous pout.

The tune made a reference to the actress as well as The Weeknd's ex, Selena Gomez.

"Angelina, lips like Angelina/ Like Selena, a** shaped like Selena", he sang.

That same year, Selena did also cross paths with Brad Pitt, when he was still married to Angelina.

The meeting allegedly caused tension in their marriage as the actor was said to have "shamelessly flirted" with the singer, though the claims were later denied.

Who has The Weeknd previously dated?

While Angelina was half of one of Hollywood's most famous couples, The Weekend has also been linked with a few stars.

As mentioned above, he has been romantically involved with Selena Gomez.

The pair started dating in January, 2017, and temporarily moved in together in September that same year.

They also made a sensational appearance during the Met Gala, in New York.

Their relationship eventually ended in October, 2017.

But one of The Weeknd's most famous relationships remains the one he has had with model Bella Hadid.

The singer was first seen with Gigi's younger sister at Coachella, back in 2015, and Bella even starred in The Weeknd's music video for the song In The Night.

They made their debut as a couple on the red carpet, during the 2016 Grammy Awards but broke up in November of that same year due to their conflicting schedules.

Their breakup was followed by The Weeknd's tryst with Selena but the couple rekindled their romance after their breakup.

They got back together in May, 2018, but split up again in August, 2019.
