Scarlett Johansson says she was ‘wiped out’ after final Avengers
Avengers Endgame stunned fans with its incredible display of storytelling, and completely unexpected turn of events when it was released in 2019. After years of battling the titan Thanos (played by Josh Brolin) for the Infinity Stones, the Avengers eventually triumphed. However, his defeat did not come without some sacrifices. While Marvel fans lost such favourites as Black Widow (Scarlett Johansson), and Gamora (Zoe Saldana), perhaps the biggest loss of all was Tony Stark (Robert Downey Jr).
In a brutal final battle, Iron Man managed to grab the Infinity Stones and use them to purge the universe of Thanos and his minions.
Unfortunately, in the process, Iron Man died from the sheer power the stones held, leaving Earth without its mightiest Avenger.
Upon dying, the right side of Tony’s face was burned drastically as a result of the stones’ might.
Eagle-eyed fans have now noticed that the first few scenes of Endgame foreshadow Tony’s death.

The scene in question shows Tony making a recording on his Iron Man helmet to his wife, Pepper Potts (Gwyneth Paltrow).
The key piece of information viewers missed is that the right side of the helmet is severely damaged – it even looks a bit like a burn.
Fans have now realised that this is exactly what happens to Tony’s actual face at the end of the movie when he saves the universe.
The damaged helmet was even featured in the first trailer for the film, potentially spoiling things extremely early on.

Tony Stark’s death forces an enormous change in the upcoming phase 5 of the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
The character was responsible for not only forming the Avengers, but equipping them with new weapons and armour.
One of the few remaining Avengers is Hawkeye (Jeremy Renner), who will no doubt continue being a massive part of the series.
Recently, fans have been theorising over Hawkeye and Black Widow’s history in Budapest.

Referencing Budapest has become a running joke in the MCU, as both Clint and Natasha have expressed regret at how things went.
New theories have stated that the pair were perhaps fighting against one another in an odd turn of events.
Reddit user hootanahalf suggested: “In the first Avengers movie, Black Widow aka Natasha Romanov says, ‘It’s like Budapest all over again!’
“Hawkeye aka Clint Barton replies: ‘You and I remember Budapest very differently.’”
The fan went on to add: “In Avengers: Endgame, on Vormir, Natasha says: ‘I don’t judge people on their worst mistakes.’
“Clint replies: ‘Maybe you should.’ Natasha quips back: ‘You didn’t.’”
With these two scenes in mind, the fan went on: “Is it possible that Natasha, given that she originated from the Soviet bloc, did something very bad in Budapest before she was converted in her views and joined Hawkeye and his side? Is Budapest the ‘worst mistake’ she is referring to?”
Avengers Endgame and the rest of the Infinity Saga is available on Disney Plus now.
