FURIOUS EastEnders fans were left calling out the BBC soap after it appeared to move on from Lola Pearce's tragic death too soon in the latest episode.
Thursday's episode was dominated by the arrival of the new Knight family who had come to take over the running of The Vic.
However, this meant that Lola's death was left struggling for airtime and some fans were not happy by the decision.
They lashed out at BBC bosses as they insisted that more should have been done in order to remember Lola and pay a fitting tribute to the popular character played by actress Danielle Harold.
Taking to Twitter, one superfan said: "Lola literally died yesterday and she's been mentioned once."
Another raged: "When today's episode was supposed to be about Lola and funeral arrangements but Goethe and the 2 girls came and took over the pub…"

A third agreed, echoing: "Sorry but there wasn’t enough focus around Lola’s death or screen time, disappointed but she deserves an award after that performance."
As a fourth penned: "Today has made y'all forget about Lola already i hate this."
Whilst a fifth said: "That was all s*** with the new arrivals, tonight was supposed to be about the aftermath of Lola & her family."
During the episode that divided fans, George Knight, played by Colin alongside his daughters Gina (Francesca Henry) and Anna, played by Strictly sensation Molly Rainford all arrived into Walford.

Linda was left shocked as George revealed himself as her mum Elaine's partner who would be moving into The Vic along with his girls, which was met with a damning response from Linda.
Clearly the new man about town, he was first seen mingling on the markets and appearing to flirt up a storm with Whitney Dean upon first meeting.
He later stepped in to stop Bernadette Taylor (Clair Norris) from being hassled by a distressed Ben Mitchell.
Upon learning about Ben's recent loss of his daughter Lexi's mother Lola, he provided some comfort towards him.
He later chatted to little Lexi as he encouraged her to not run away from home again despite her grief.
In a generous move, he insisted that all the drinks were on the house in memory of Lola as he chatted and bonded with all the regulars.
