Casualty spoilers: Jan and Ffion shaken by horror shooting, while Faith finally learns the truth about Stevie

THIS week's Casualty will see Faith learn the truth about Stevie, while Ffion and Jan find themselves in a terrifying situation that could make them reevaluate their future.

Here's a full collection of the biggest moments coming up.

Ffion drops a bombshell on Jan

Jan's tentative hopes over getting her marriage back on track are met with a crushing blow next week when Ffion announces she's filing for divorce.

Jan doesn't have much time to process the news and soon learns that Ffion is being held hostage following a callout to a squash court.

Beside herself with worry, Jan heads to the scene of the crime.

Jan makes a terrifying discovery

Upon arriving at the court, Jan is horrified to see that Ffion has been shot by a wronged lawyer, Dave.

Ffion begs Jan to leave, fearing that Dave will lose his temper and shoot again.

Dave allows Jan to stay but she and Ffion are then forced to watch in horror as he begins a live stream, claiming that he'd like to report a murder.

Jan fights to save Ffion

Outside, Iain and Sah tune in to the live stream, desperate to rescue their friends.

With Ffion and Jan on tenterhooks, Dave begins to tell his story – he's dying from lung cancer and is convinced that it's his ex-client Tony's fault.

Ffion reveals that she also had cancer, prompting Dave to allow Jan to pass her wife more gauze to stop her bleeding.

Dylan questions Stevie

Following Ethan's stabbing earlier in the week, something isn't adding up for Dylan as he questions Stevie over what happened.

Aware that Dylan isn't entirely buying her version of events, Stevie is on edge all day, bracing herself for when Ethan regains consciousness.

She's convinced that he will tell Dylan the truth – that she's been out to get Ethan from day one, and that she heavily influenced the patient who stabbed him.

Faith learns the truth

As Stevie's anxiety grows, she pushes Faith away, whose concern for her friend grows as the day wears on.

Worried, Faith corners Stevie and demands to know what's causing her mood.

Stevie finally admits that Emma has been in a persistent vegetative state for the last few years, which was caused by Ethan's errors, and she died three days ago.

Stevie goes on to tell Faith that she's convinced that when Ethan wakes up, she'll lose her job

Faith warns Ethan

Reeling from what Stevie has told her, Faith becomes determined to protect her friend.

When Ethan wakes up, he wastes no time in giving Stevie a piece of his mind.

However, Faith is quick to remind him that the hospital needs a doctor like Stevie and urges him to think about his next move very carefully.

Ethan makes a big decision

Now knowing that Ethan won't back down, Stevie distracts herself in saving the gunshot victim Mike's life, and by the time she's called to Dylan's office at the end of the day, she's resigned herself to the fact that her career is over.

However, she's shocked to realise that Ethan isn't planning on getting her fired.

Ethan explains that he saw her working in Resus, and that Faith is right – they can't afford to lose her.

Ethan also adds that he understands grief and is willing to look past everything, to atone for the mistake he made with Emma's treatment.

Casualty airs these scenes at 8.45pm on Saturday, November 20 on BBC One.
