DERMOT O'Leary apologised to This Morning fans yesterday as he revealed Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield were getting two weeks off.
Friday hosts Alison Hammond and Dermot are due to take over for the whole week from Monday, April 4.
They will be followed by stand-in presenters Josie Gibson and Vernon Kay, who will cover the following week from April 11.
Phillip and Holly won't return from their extended break from the show until Tuesday, April 19 – after more than two weeks off – with Dermot, 48, and Alison, 47, covering the bank holiday specials on Friday 15 and Monday 18.
Dermot said as he closed yesterday's episode of This Morning: "Right, we are back on Monday, apologies in advance… we will see you Monday, have a great weekend."
But fans said there was no need to apologise.

Another added: "I just love Alison Hammond," as a third tweeted: "Alison totally runs this show."
It comes just days after Holly took a week off from presenting the show after catching Covid-19, seeing her isolating at home.
The ITV host usually presents This Morning alongside Phillip, but had to isolate after testing positive for the virus.
Two replacements were drafted to cover her time off – with both Josie and Alison shared the load of the days she was missing.
