The new take on the hit teen drama introduced entirely new cast as it offered a more modern touch in almost every aspect, though Kristen Bell returned to narrate the show. Following the premiere, the show quickly trended on Twitter.
Most of users were commenting on the school’s teachers. “These techers grown as hell spying on students and creating drama,” one user wrote. “They are GROWN creating a blog about teenagers,” read another tweet, while someone else added, “the teachers are losers i’m sorry. out here taking photos of a freshman and bullying students.”
“now why are these 35+ year old teachers allowing 16 year olds to intimidate them like this,” someone commented.

In the first episode of “Gossip Girl”, Julien Colloway (Jordan Alexander) invited Zoya Lott (Whitney Peak) to their exclusive group. Later, the first notification from Gossip Girl arrived, alleging that Julien committed fraud by getting Zoya her scholarship to Costance Billard High School. Zoya was upset and at one point, she ended up having an intimate time with Obie (Eli Brown). The episode also saw Aki and Audrey trying to have sex with Aki giving her permission to fantasize about Max.
