Police are looking into various leads, including whether Decero was targeted over a possible lottery win, as reported by Philly Voice.

That state's lottery service indicated that someone named Francis D won $1million on the Extreme Green scratch-off ticket, according to Newsweek.

However, the Philadelphia Police Department told The US Sun that they couldn't confirm nor rule out Decero's lottery win.

Police captain Jason Smith said that investigators had coordinated with lottery officials and didn't find any evidence that Decero had won the lottery, according to Fox 29.
