Georgina Sherrington rose to fame in the late nineties for her role as the clumsy but loveable Mildred Hubble in 90’s television series The Worst Witch.

Mildred Hubble and her classmates at Miss Cackle’s Academy For Witches first wove their magic on CITV in 1998 and the series ran until 2001.

Main actress Georgina became instantly recognisable from the role and even won a Young Artist Award for Best Performance in a TV Comedy Series.

Georgina was just 13 when she first put on Mildred’s pointy hat and climbed on her broomstick.

Now, she’s 37 years old, has walked away from acting and has an adorable family of her own.

Here’s a look inside her life since exiting the show…

After The Worst Witch, Georgia left kids’ TV to return to her studies at Wimbledon High School.

But, after a brief foray into the more teenage sequel, Georgina decided to focus on her education and left acting behind.

She then moved to New Jersey to attend Princeton University before graduating in 2008.
