The beauty took to Instagram on Thursday to post the snap, which featured her wearing a flesh coloured cropped top and matching tight leggings.
Twiddling her hair with one hand and snapping the picture in a mirror with the other, she captioned it: "It’s either pyjamas, gym clothes or loungewear always 🙈 @loungeunderwear #loungeunderwear".
Her followers were quick to praise her incredible post baby body, with one writing: "God I wish I had that body where you can eat anything and not gain weight or just look amazing after giving birth!!
"You go girl".
Another added: "How amazing after just having a baby too", while a third wrote: "You look incredible!! Such an idol!! a real inspiration to woman!! [sic]".
Emma's post comes just days after she revealed the couple had had to rush their baby boy to an emergency doctor after falling sick.
She wrote on Instagram: “There’s been nothing worse than to see Chester so poorly and in pain from every feed, to the point I cried for him.”
“Everyone sees a brave front but it has been the worst and hardest time of my life to not be able to take the pain myself,” she added.
Revealing that the doctors initially weren’t helpful, she ranted: “Thanks to all the emergency doctors who brushed us off with colic, because it’s normal that he eventually started refusing feeds?
“It’s normal we had to take shifts sitting up through the night as he could only sleep sat upright on us?
“It’s normal that he ended up in a curled up position that he couldn’t get out of? Blaming the fact we are ‘first time parents’.”
“After 4 emergency visits we finally found an amazing paediatrician who listened, who checked and helped us.”
“I will say every parent deserves a medal. I definitely couldn’t of got through the past week without the amazing help from grandparents, friends and a fab daddy that Chester has.”
Detailing that she now knew what to do to help Chester get back on his feet, she said that he is “not 100%, but definitely on his way”.
Ending the caption on a happy note, she wrote: “Nothing makes me smile more than seeing this face and hearing him giggle. I will take the sleepless nights as long as you’re happy little man 💙”.
