The 31-year-old star suffered the misfortune of landing flat on his backside when attempting to show off his footie skills in a new video.
"Soccer Aid World 11, be scared," the TV presenter ironically warns before completely stacking it on a slippery floor.
Despite landing right on his bottom, the former Towie star quickly reassures the camera crew that all is well, repeating: "It's cool, it's cool."
But his hilarious blunder doesn't deter him from game mode as he quickly gets back in the zone and shows off his freestyle tricks.
Mark last appeared in Soccer Aid in 2016 and was awarded the coveted Man of the Match trophy.
His impressive performance even saw the star offered a two-week trial at Manchester United by manager José Mourinho.
He also had a “serious offer” from Everton boss Sam Allardyce — who managed Mark’s England team in the charity match.
A source told The Sun at the time: “Mark has always fancied himself as a decent footballer. But he didn’t expect this amount of interest after Soccer Aid.
“José came up to him after the game and asked him if he was free to head up to United’s training ground to see how he gets on among some professionals."
“Mark is now making sure he can fit it into his schedule but he is very keen. Sam rang on Tuesday with a similar offer."
Joining Mark for England will be pop stars Robbie Williams and Olly Murs, fitness coach Joe Wicks and Olympian Sir Mo Farah.
Jamaican sprinter Usain Bolt, chef Gordan Ramsay, football coach Clarence Seedorf, retired French footballer Robert Pires and ex Strictly Come Dancing pro Brendan Cole are so far among the stars flying the flag for the Rest of the World.
Soccer Aid returns on June 10th at Manchester's Old Trafford.
