Josie Gibson tucks into crisps as she embraces fuller figure after tummy tuck

Josie Gibson is embracing her fuller figure after piling on the pounds.

The Big Brother star underwent one of the most remarkable reality transformations ever, dropping 7st and going from a size 20 to a size 8 in the space of a year.

But nearly two years after having a tummy tuck, Josie finally looks comfortable in her own skin.

Embracing her fuller figure, the 33 year old wore a bright blue bikini as she enjoyed the sunshine in the Cotswolds this weekend.

She was all smiles as she reached for a bag of crisps and tucked in to her snack while cooling her feet in the water.

Lovable Josie was crowned winner of Big Brother’s series 11 in 2010 – and then went on to compete in Ultimate Big Brother which saw previous winners return for an all out battle for the crown.

After leaving the Big Brother house, she described herself as a "total beast", she signed up for personal training sessions, sweating her way through as many as four workouts a week.

And once she reached her goal, Josie underwent surgery to remove the folds of spare flesh.

Just last year Josie shared a graphic surgical photo after having a tummy tuck to remove saggy skin following her extreme weight loss.

The former Big Brother star uploaded a picture to her Instagram account, showing her flaunting her flat stomach in the background while a lump of excess skin is seen in the foreground sitting on scales.

A thrilled Josie told fans: “So happy with the results of my abdominal plasty in September. Scar is amazing and healing nicely. Elain Sassoon was my surgeon and she is an incredible woman. Thank you botch up bodies (sic).”

In total, 6lbs of excess skin were cut away during the tummy tuck, and she admitted she had a mixed reaction once she came round.

"I was literally having a panic attack… I was so nervous… then I woke up and I looked down and could see flatness. I was like, ‘Whoa! I can see my vagina in full vision!’" she told New magazine.

"The [effects] have been a nightmare. I’ve been so depressed… I didn’t realise how depressed I’d be without exercise. I am so happy I’ve had the surgery, but I’m definitely a people’s person."

She has since released two fitness DVDs and become a qualified personal trainer.
