Lauren Goodger in business with jailbird ex Joey Morrisson as she makes plans for his prison release in just months

The former Towie star has previously claimed to have split from Joey, but it seems they are closer than ever ahead of his release – and have a business venture together.

Lauren, 31, and Joey are both listed as ‘people with significant control’ – owning 50 per cent each of the company, which is called LJM Management.

Joey’s sister Charlotte is also a company director, according to Companies House.

Before Lauren was made a director in January 2017, the company had two other names – JHM Enterprise and Health and Protect Ltd.

The new name seems to hint that Joey could move into management – maybe even of Lauren's celeb career – when he gets out of prison.

The company has barely traded in the three years and two months it’s existed, but it’s yet another sign that the reality TV star can’t keep away from Joey.

The convict is due for release in the next few months after serving 10 years for a string of violent drug-related crimes.

In 2008, the 34-year-old and accomplice, Marvin Russell Jacobs, were sentenced to 16 years for possession of a firearm, kidnapping, blackmail and actual bodily harm.

He was found with £10,000 in cash and £60,000 worth of cocaine.

He first started his sentence in the Category-D open prison HMP Standford Hill, Kent but was moved to the more secure Highpoint South prison in Suffolk after being caught using a smuggled mobile phone.

Lauren has been continuously linked to the Morrisson family, despite splitting from Joey in July.

She spent last Boxing Day with his family and posted pictures on Instagram of them messing around at home.

In November, she also posted a picture of her arms wrapped around his heavily-pregnant sister, Charlotte, calling herself ‘Auntie LG.’
