Lemar has been confirmed for Dancing On Ice [ITV]
Lemar found fame on BBC singing show Fame Acadamy back in 2003.
Now, the If There’s Any Justice singer has joined the line up of Dancing On Ice.
39 year old Lemar Obika is replacing ex-England cricketer Monty Panesar on the show, after the sportsman broke his ankle during practice for the show.
Lamar is now testing his skating skills, after releasing music such as Time To Grow, It’s Not That East and If She Knew over the past decade and a half.

But where has Lemar been? Here’s three things you need to know about the star as he prepares to return to TV.
Although Lemar is no longer the biggest name in the UK’s charts, the singer has got a lot of success behind him, having earned seven top ten UK singles over the years, as well as selling over two million albums.
Since the early naughties, Lemar’s platform in the industry has fallen slightly, however, the Fame Academy sensation is still making music.

Lemar’s latest album is called The Letter, following the release of a single in 2015.
Lemar has been with his partner Charmaine Powell for 20 years now.
However, the pair keep their relationship as private as possible.

Lemar has previously said: “We made a conscious decision to keep our relationship out of the media.
“It’s hard enough to have a relationship, let alone under scrutiny.
“I imagine if we made it public then probably we wouldn’t be together now. Keeping it separate and keeping it quiet is key.”
