The third track off her upcoming album Rainbow, the single has a heartfelt and empowering message about moving on from heartbreak.

In a recent essay for Huff Post, Kesha opened up about the inspiration behind the track, revealing that she wrote it alongside her mum Pebe Sebert.

Offering fans advice – as well as pure pop bangers, of course – Kesha said in the moving piece: “You have to learn to let go of those bad feelings and move forward.

“If you let your demons haunt you, they will haunt you forever. Learn from your mistakes but don’t dwell on them, and if you feel like someone has wronged you, let that be their problem ― not yours.”

‘Learn to Let Go’ follows up from her first single since her long legal battle with Dr Luke, the poignant gospel ballad ‘Praying’, as well as the f**k-you anthem ‘Woman’.

Talking about her motivation for ‘Woman’, she explained: “[I was] raised by a feminist… I’m going to write this song about being a badass motherf**king woman who you don’t want to f**k with.”

We’re so glad to have you back, Kesha!
