Rhona Goskirk’s baking skills caught viewers’ attention for all the wrong reasons in innuendo-filled episode
EMMERDALE viewers cracked up during tonight's episode after claiming Rhona Goskirk's snake cakes looked like penises.
Decorating cakes with Vanessa Woodfield, Rhona admitted she still has feelings for Paddy Kirk, writing "I love Paddy" on a cupcake.
But it was her large green and yellow snakes that got people talking.
Viewers wrote on Twitter: "Love the 'shop bought' snake cakes in the shape of a penis by the way. #Emmerdale.
"Haahaaa those snake cakes look like a penis.
"Those snake cakes look dodgy af ????? #Emmerdale.
"When I first saw them ' Cakes' I didn't think Snakes ?? #Emmerdale @emmerdale.
"#emmerdale great trouser snakes ?.
"Even better #entendre – #Emmerdale – Paddy the vet bursts into the kitchen, in front of the phallic cakes and shouts ‘been busy with a #cockatoo ‘ #classic."
There were more laughs when Vanessa said Paddy would like to "ice Rhona's buns."
One wrote: "All the innuendos tonight, f***ing laughing my head of ???? #emmerdale"
While another said: "#emmerdale “he’d be more than happy to ice your buns” has this show turn into babestation?"
And fans with sharp hearing even picked up on Rebecca White using the phrase house porn, topping off the naughty references.
Elsewhere in the Dales, Eric Pollard tried to talk the Dingles out of appealing the council's decision to purchase their home to make way for a new golf course.
He said Zach Dingle: "Are you this is in your best interests? They're offering you £250,000 plus five percent, that's not an insubstantial amount.
The Dingle patriarch hit back: "There's not enough money in the world to pay for what we've got."
He added that he'd die on the land.
Chas fumed at Cain's lethargy over the predicament while Aaron sat quietly by his side and said he'd contact the council.
Paddy told Chas he'd get in touch with an old architect friend who might be able to help the Dingles.
After overhearing Eric talking about him, crooked councillor Morris angrily said: "I want you and that rabid pack of plebs to back off, got it?"
Riled, Eric said to himself: "Do what you like I'm not gonna back off.
"For the first time in my lie, I'll do what's right."
