EastEnders viewers think they know who really stole the money from the club

The soap Twitter sleuths were out in force again as EastEnders continued to tease it’s ‘who stole the money from the club’ storyline tonight (June 7).

Following on from the revelation that someone on the square had stolen £15,000 after breaking into the club following Shakil’s death, social media was left to muse on just who was behind the crime.

Many are pretty firmly pointing the finger at Mel’s son Hunter after tonight’s episode, particularly after it was unveiled that he’d sent his friends a (frankly pretty creepy) text in the ‘guise of Jack in which he told them he knew what they did – it was all a bit Pretty Little Liars-esque.

But while many are blaming (the frankly pretty slimy) Hunter, others were convinced that it’s actually Tiffany who stashed the cash after she was suspiciously absent from tonight’s episode;

Others had some different ideas about who’s guilty when it comes to taking the money, putting Sharon, Mel and even Bex in the frame for the crime;

EastEnders airs on BBC One on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.
