Impossibly-beautiful girls in bikinis and shredded handsome fellas are once again populating the Love Island villa.
And as the show kicked off, many people took to Twitter to ask where the ‘real’ people were.
The standards of beauty on the ITV2 dating show are as high as ever, but is it all natural?
Were they all born that way or did they have a little help from some highly-skilled professionals?
A number of this year’s Islanders have openly discussed having a little nip and tuck in the past.
And a surgery expert from MYA Cosmetic Surgery Ltd has told The Sun how much they reckon the stars have spent on their looks.
Here’s a rundown of the work the stars have had done and how much they’ve potentially spent…
An expert reckons Dani has spent £2,000 on having lip fillers and cheek fillers.
The 22-year-old has previously admitted to having her lips done, saying her dad, EastEnders star Danny Dyer, wasn’t happy about it.
She said: "I had lip fillers done ten months ago.
"I didn’t like them – they were really big on me because I have such a small head.
"My Nan absolutely hated me. She said I was just like all the rest of them. All my mates have had their lips done.
"But my dad just looked at me and shook his head. He wasn’t happy."
The expert doesn’t believe Dani has had any surgical procedures.
It’s believed Jack could have spent £400 per tooth getting veneers.
And an expert also believes he may have had Botox.
He said before entering the villa: "Physically I think I’ve got really nice teeth, everyone compliments me on them."
It’s thought that Hayley could have spent as much as £7,595 altering her looks.
The 21-year-old admitted to having a boob job when she was 18.
She once said: "I’ve had a boob job. I had them done four years a go, I got them done for my 18th birthday and I’m 22 in June, is that three or four years? I’m not good at maths."
But a surgeon also believes Hayley may have had lip fillers.
They said: "It may be down to genetics, but natural lip proportions mean the lower lip is normally fuller, yet in Hayley’s case her upper lip does appear larger which can be a result of over filling the lips beyond natural proportions."
Niall has admitted to having his ears pinned back, and it’s thought it might have cost him up to £4,000.
He even posted about his surgery on Instagram, writing: "Got my ears done #surgery #cosmetic #pinnedback #edgy #selfie #getyourearsout #bigup #lolz."
It’s thought Georgia could have spent anywhere between £4,000 and £11,000 on a nose job.

But she has denied surgery in the past, saying: "Physically I’d say my bottom is my best asset. I’d also say my lips because a lot of people think I’ve had my lips done when I haven’t, and my eyes because my eyes are quite unusual."
The expert thinks Georgia has had rhinoplasty to remove a slight bump on the bridge of her nose.
It’s thought Rosie has spent between £4,200 and a whopping £12,000.
The expert believes she’s had a nose job to create a "slimmer" nose with a "natural slope" and lip fillers.
They say her upper lip appears "larger", which could be the result of over filling the lips beyond natural proportions.
Rosie also has three dermal piercings down her back.
It’s believed Samira has spent £1,000 on lip fillers, although she the West End star insisted before going into the villa that she’d never had surgey.
The expert said: "It is possible that Samira has undergone non-surgical lip fillers to create a fuller upper lip. Fillers often last four to six months but can be dependent on your metabolism. They are not a permanent change."
An expert believes that Laura could have spent £6,945 on Botox and a boob job.
The 29-year-old has admitted to having a breast augmentation.
She said: "I have fake boobs. They’re very old. They’re like ten years old.
"My mum and my friends keep telling me I need to get my boobs redone."
The expert said: "I also believe she has undergone the non-surgical treatment of anti-wrinkle injections often referred to as Botox to her forehead to help create an arch to her brows rather than to hide fine lines which it is typically used for."
Megan Barton Hanson
It’s thought Megan has spent more than £7,000 on Botox, a boob job and a bum lift.
She once shared a video of herself having a non-surgical bum lift, but the expert believes she’s also had a boob job and Botox to "create a smooth forehead".
