Teen Wolf is nearly over for good (sob), and we now know when it’ll be time to say goodbye to Beacon Hills.
The finale – which happens to be the show’s 100th episode – will be kicking off on Sunday, September 24 at 8pm on MTV in the US, and it will be an extra-long 50-minute episode too, thankfully.
Counting down until then, there will be a couple of double episodes along the way to cushion the heartache a little bit.
So, Sunday, August 20 will have TWO episodes airing, with one at 8pm and then the other following at 9pm.
Sundays September 3 and September 10 will be just one episode each, but the following week (September 17) will have another two episodes – again at 8pm and 9pm, before the finale the week after.
Teen Wolf is pulling out all the stops for the final series, with awesome cameos including Dylan O’Brien, Charlie Carver and Superman himself, Tyler Hoechlin, back as Derek Hale – although in the Comic-Con trailer, the sight of Stiles carrying Derek along while he’s beaten and battered suggests he still hasn’t learned how to win a fight, bless him.
Stars Tyler Posey, Holland Roden, Shelley Hennig and Dylan Sprayberry will also be returning.
The final episodes of Teen Wolf will air on MTV in the US and on Netflix in the UK.
