The most recent video came just a week ago when a group of unsuspecting teenage girls were filmed on a bus

An Irish Sun on Sunday investigation today lifts the lid on the vile phone creep, who is the subject of a garda probe.

The suspect pursues his prey, a number of whom appear to be underage in the footage, before brazenly posting clips to hardcore porn site.

He’s understood to have been posting the footage to the website for more than a year.

His most recent video came just a week ago when he filmed a group of unsuspecting teenage girls on board a bus.

The sicko recorded the unwitting youngsters and uploaded it to his account under the title “perfect heaven”.

The disturbing five-minute footage was shared earlier this month and has already been viewed almost 14,000 times.

Another clip shows the pervert recording a young woman as she crosses a tram track.

He appears to be just a few feet away from the victim and the post was called “perfect a** 2”.

Other footage recorded over a year ago shows the twisted deviant following a woman in red trousers around a grocery shop and out on to the street.

He even tracks her as far as an apartment and attempts to film her face before backing away as she appears to notice his presence.

Other disturbing posts feature clips of what appear to be teenage girls in short skirts making their way through the capital, including one who visits a tanning shop.

According to the user profile, the suspect is a 31-year-old Polish national who is a smoker and has a number of tattoos.

He lists his ethnicity as mixed, gives his height as 6ft 1in and claims to have short black hair.

The Irish Sun on Sunday presented our file to gardai who vowed to tackle the sicko.

It is believed they will try to track down the suspect by identifying his IP address, and will also attempt to locate any relevant CCTV footage.

A source explained: “These are very serious offences and you’d be worried what else you might find if you scratch the surface.

“If he has these kinds of materials on his phone, what else might he have on a computer or laptop?

“This isn’t something that happens overnight.”

Meanwhile, Noeline Blackwell of Dublin Rape Crisis Centre last night blasted the vile practice and described it as “deeply worrying”.

She told the Irish Sun on Sunday: “This is yet another example we are seeing of sexual violence through images. It’s a deeply worrying development and something we are seeing more and more of, it is a whole new area to be concerned about.

“Image-based sexual abuse is something we are only beginning to come to grips with in this country.

“It’s online harassment to put it mildly. It’s very distressing for anyone affected and the impact it can have on a victim’s life is often devastating. These violations of a person’s privacy can ruin lives.

“It’s such a horrible invasion of a personal right. It’s tough for the Gardai to clamp down on but hopefully new legislation will help them in this regard. Anyone affected by this should contact the Gardai or our 24-hour helpline.”

Margaret Martin, Director of Women’s Aid, previously agreed: “The impact of this type of insidious abuse on womens’ lives cannot be underestimated.

“Women feel their privacy has been invaded and that they have no control over their lives. They experience anxiety and feel vulnerable and fearful.”

There have been calls for the law regarding online sexual abuse to be strengthened in recent months, and the government is committed to tackling the issue.

A spokesman for the Department of Justice and Equality explained: “Section 10 of the Non-Fatal Offences Against the Person Act 1997 provides that any person who, without lawful authority or reasonable excuse, by any means including by use of the telephone, harasses another by persistently following, watching, pestering, besetting or communicating with him or her, is guilty of an offence.

“Harassment is deemed to occur where a person seriously interferes with the other’s peace and privacy or causes alarm, distress or harm to the other.

“Section 10(3) also provides for orders to be made by the court to prevent communication by any means with the victim or to approach within any distance specified by the court of the place of residence or employment of the victim.

“Such an order can be made even in circumstances where the accused person is not convicted of the offence if the court is satisfied, having regard to the evidence, that it is in the interests of justice.

“While aspects of what is known loosely as ‘revenge pornography’ are addressed by the harassment offence in this Act, there has been a growing awareness and concern in relation to harmful internet content in recent years with the growth of cyber technology.

“Last September, the Law Reform Commission published a report recommending two new offences to deal with posting online intimate images without consent (‘revenge pornography’) and voyeurism.

“It also proposed reform of the existing offence of harassment, to ensure it includes online activity and a new separate offence of stalking, seen as an aggravated form of harassment, as well as reform of the existing offence of sending threatening messages.”
