The former Made In Chelsea star added that she couldn’t confirm whether Simon still gets injections or not, to which Ben, 44, said: ‘Is that because your face doesn’t move either? So you can’t compare them?’

Appearing taken back, Ashley gasped and said: ‘What are you trying to say?” as Kate added: ‘Good grief Ben, you can’t say that.’

Kate defended Ashley, saying: ‘Her face moves! Her bones are barely formed she’s so young. She hasn’t got a wrinkle on her, goodness me.’

Ashley said: ‘I do have my own lips! I can’t blame you for that comment. It’s Friday the 13th.’

Ben told Ashley her face didn’t love as they were discussing Simon Cowell’s usage of Botox

Kate then asked if the former Celebrity Big Brother’s stars looks have been enhanced in any way, saying: ‘Is it all natural? That’s what Ben really wants to know. He’s seen your Instagram and he wants to know if it’s all natural.’

Ashley insisted her looks were down to good use of make-up. She said: ‘I’ve had a lot of make-up. There is a big team behind this so I can’t say it’s all natural. Thank god for make-up with these early starts.’

Kate then said she should ‘plough on and ignore him’.

Last month, Ashley appeared on the Jeremy Vine show to debate the right to have NHS funded IVF.

During her appearance, Ashley claimed that she felt single people were ‘attacked’ for their relationship status, due to the fact studies have shown there is no difference between children raised in a one or two parent home.

When asked if she was planning to have a child in the near future, Ashley said: ‘I’m not yet, but I have a couple of friends, one who is 38 and one who is 39, one is going through the adoption process by herself and the other is having IVF.’

She argued that the service is something that should be allowed for free, she said: ‘I agree the NHS is on its knees, I’m not disputing that, but the question is where do we draw the line? If We’re only going to give life or death situations NHS use.’

Another guest on the show argued that IVF is very expensive and the success rate is low, therefore why should the health service pay for something that doesn’t work.

Ashley argued that because she pays her taxes she should be able to gain funding from the NHS, comparing it to a smoker who has developed cancer.

She said: ‘But lets say when I’m 38 if I do want to have a child and I’ve paid all my taxes, why should someone whose smoked all their lives, knowing the risks get treated for cancer, so I feel it’s a very complex thing.’
