Her appearance looks rather different to her glossier, styled look today, with her noticeably sporting fuller eyebrows.
Caroline’s friendship with Jack and his family stems back to 2002, with the presenter briefly lived with them in Los Angeles.
The 38-year-old admitted seeking solace with Jack in Hollywood after a transatlantic relationship went wrong.
Caroline had enjoyed a holiday romance with a LA-based boyfriend and after six months of emailing, he flew her out to California to visit him.
Recalling her trip Stateside, Caroline once said: "This guy just approached me (in the airport), and he didn’t look anything like the guy that I had the romance with – I must have had what I call ‘holiday goggles’ on – and it was really awkward because I was with this completely different person.
"The only person I knew in LA was Jack Osbourne because I met him on Bo’ Selecta!, where he gave me his number and said, ‘If you’re ever in LA give me a call.’
"He’s so nice, Jack – he was like, ‘Where are you?’ – and he said he would be there in 15 minutes, and he came and got me.
"So I had to dump this guy in 15 minutes – and then I went to stay with the Osbournes, and I stayed there for two weeks. They were so nice to me – they really looked after me."
Caroline’s friendship with the Osbournes continued with the presenter working alongside matriarch Sharon on The X Factor and Xtra Factor.
