Hollywood icon George Clooney has turned 61.
Rande Gerber reached out to his good friend and Casamigos Tequila business partner with an Easy Rider tribute Friday, showing the two men enjoying a motorcycle trip, writing, ‘Another year and what a ride it’s been. Happy Birthday George.’
The two have been friends for more than 30 years and founded the tequila company after doing extensive research, about 700 samples worth, according to the former bar owner.

The pair were making about a thousand bottles for themselves and friends, when a distiller told them they needed a license to continue, and thus the company was officially founded with another partner in 2013.
The company sold for $700 million in 2017, but the friends still remain part of the operations.
Rande and wife, supermodel Cindy Crawford, are close friends with the Oscar-winning actor and his lawyer wife Amal Clooney.

The human rights attorney, 44, who married one of Hollywood’s most eligible bachelors in 2014, has been mostly private about her personal life.
In a recent article in which she was named as one of Time Magazine’s 2022 Women of the Year, the 5’9″ beauty said she thinks her marriage to The Descendants star ‘has been wonderful.’
The couple are parents to twins, Ella and Alexander, 4. The proud mom and adoring wife explained, ‘I have in my husband a partner who is incredibly inspirational and supportive, and we have a home filled with love and laughter. It is a joy beyond anything I could ever have imagined. I feel so lucky to have found a great love in my life, and to be a mother.’

The charming and charismatic George made his debut into the world in Lexington, Kentucky, where his father, Nick, worked for a local television station.
After leaving college, the former alter boy headed to Hollywood where he would have a difficult time getting work, but slowly started to gain a reputation for his comedic and dramatic skills in shows such as Different Strokes, Sisters and ER.
He is known not only for his skills as an actor, director and producer, but as a humanitarian as well. He has served as a United Nations Ambassador for Peace since 2008 and in member of the Council of Foreign Relations.
