Richard Madeley and Judy Finnigan were spotted headed out after a slap-up meal at swanky Italian restaurant Villa Blanca, and the couple seemed quietly thoughtful following their outing.

The married couple, who are legendary in the TV world after being the first duo to present This Morning together from 1988 to 2001, strolled down the road in Hampstead together, as they attempted to avoid the rain and muddy puddles.

Good Morning Britain host Richard even carried his wife's handbag, a cream holdall, as she wrapped her arm around his.

Judy opted for an elegant look as she donned an all-black maxi dress, but toned down her outfit with a pair of black and white sneakers as she trudged through the rainy London streets.

The TV personality and mum-of-two wore her blonde locks in a casual style, with her now signature fringe on display, and a light bronzed makeup look.

The star then finished her ensemble with a statement long necklace and a white jacket slung over her other arm.

Richard meanwhile, donned a white T-shirt, smart b lack jacket and faded blue jeans, as he clasped his wife's other small clutch in the other arm.

Richard and Judy have been married for an incredible 37 years, and have spent much of that working together.

After the couple left their long-term position on the This Morning sofa in July 2001, they went on to host their self-named magazine show Richard & Judy on Channel 4.

The famous TV duo also presented Watch until 2009.

Now Richard has a recurring role on GMB alongside Susanna Reid, while Judy is retired from her presenting duties.

Earlier this month, Judy raised eyebrows when she slammed now-This Morning presenter Holly Willoughby's lifestyle brand.

The TV star labelled Wylde Moon and other wellness industry companies such as Gwyneth Paltrow's Goop as "ridiculous".

When Holly set up her company in September 2021, the 42 year old star explained that she had always been "fascinated" by the moon and was excited to create a space where people can shared the things they love and the lessons they've learnt.

But Judy called the brand and others all a big "con", as she agreed with actress Rosamund Pike's take on the business.

Speaking to Women's Own magazine, the star shared: "Rosamund Pike is scathing about Gwyneth Paltrow's Goop website and claims the whole wellness industry is a con.

"Hurrah! I've been waiting for someone to have a go, not just at Goop but at other 'wellness' websites such as Holly Willoughby's Wylde Moon (not the ridiculous woo-woo spelling, meant to sound elementally female.)

"I think we're all being conned by the wellness industry," Judy added. The idea that it's no longer enough to be healthy and we have to be 'well'… I think it's really dangerous."
