The outspoken daughter of Alec Baldwin and Kim Basinger had previously said she had ‘razor bumps for days’ while sharing two paparazzi photos that were taken one day apart.

In both images, Ireland was seen in a bikini as she enjoyed some fun in the sun on a beach in July 2020.

She captioned the post: ‘yesterday’s paparazzi pics vs today’s… remember people! lighting is everything and the media always wants to make people look like shit if they can ♥️ so bored and tired of the body shaming.

The Los Angeles native added, ‘don’t we have enough going on in the world? how do people still have time to cut others down?

‘also I have razor bumps for days, i don’t have 6 pack abs (i’m working on it thanks @chloe_t) and I am as white as snow and i don’t give a f************k. let’s find better hobbies and encourage body positivity.’

Earlier this month, Ireland opened up on her experiences with issues ranging from body positivity to toxic online behavior in a candid and comprehensive post on Instagram.

Ireland took to the site to say she was inspired to open up on the issues after reading ‘Camila Cabello’s post about body image, media, and mental health.’

She said: ‘To being that I am a bad b**** and that I’m done taking s*** from people on the Internet now, I know of course the heat will never cease to exist. I know the more I put myself out there the more people find reasons to pick me apart. But that’s OK!!’

Speaking out: Ireland opened up on her experiences with issues ranging from body positivity to toxic online behavior in a candid and comprehensive post on Instagram earlier this month

‘Of course, I am nowhere near as famous as Camilla, but I relate to every word of her post. I have been called some version of fat, ugly, worthless and irrelevant by grown adults on the Internet since I was a kid.’

Ireland said that ‘it’s nothing new,’ as ‘it’s invasive and super lame but out of my control.

‘Now it’s hard putting myself on here sometimes because those same grown adults raised other little s***ty adults to go about trolling the same way.’

Ireland, who has past been candid about her battle with eating disorders, said it was ‘sad and pathetic’ that people would rip others apart online, especially ‘women doing this to other women.

Ireland added: ‘I have spent way too many years starving myself, binging, purging, measuring, stepping on scales, spitting food into my purse and all around ruining my body because some troll told me I’ll never be as thin and beautiful as my mother.’

The DJ said that while she has her ‘bad days,’ she ‘romantically’ loves food and is proud of her physique the way it is.

‘I love my body,’ she said. ‘I love the way it moves. I love how I feel in it. Sure, I have my insecurities. I know a lot of you assume I am filled with lip filler, breast implants, and Botox but even though there’s absolutely nothing wrong with any of those things, I am not, but hell! All you had to do was ask!’

In the post, Ireland said that she receives ‘countless messages from people who are kind of alarmingly obsessed with’ her father Alec and his family. The pair were snapped in 2019 in LA

‘I could just ignore the hundreds of messages I received, but by doing so I wouldn’t be able to interact with any of you,’ said the model. ‘That’s simply not going to work for me. I adore the intimate conversations I have with so many strangers and new friends on here. I couldn’t possibly ignore just a hateful ones without letting them affect me.’

She continued: ‘I am a person in case you thought otherwise. Words hurt no matter how much I pretend like they don’t. I know it’s best to stay at silent and sometimes let things fizzle out… ehhhh but I’m done doing that. I am also living by a newfound motto: stand up for yourself.’

She said that she has ‘been so ridden with anxiety and have worried about how people perceive’ her and it has impacted her ‘friendships,’ ‘relationships’ and ‘life/work opportunities.’

‘I think a lot of people assume my take on any of this, well here it is for free – it’s none of my business,’ she said. ‘To all the media outlets who have reached out for a quote – there’s your quote.

‘I don’t care. My life is here in Oregon with my boyfriend, six dogs, and my new business. I smoke weed, I eat good food, and I mind my own business.’
