He moved to Hollywood in 2015 to focus on his career as a talk show host.

And James Corden proved he is very much accustomed to LA life as he headed out for dinner at Nobu in Malibu with his wife Julia Carey on Saturday night.

The Late Late Show host, 41, stepped out in a blue Gucci jumper with a tiger design on the front which he teamed with jeans and white trainers.

Julia, 43, looked elegant in a plunging blue maxi dress, white trainers and a white leather handbag as she headed out with James.

She wore her blonde tresses in a chic up do and accessorised with a delicate silver necklace for the date night with her husband of eight years.

The pair both put safety first by donning face masks as they headed into the restaurant.

James’ dinner date comes as he begins to return to the studio to film his talk show again.

He was set to return to sound stages this week, though the host will be filming without an audience present, according to Deadline.

ViacomCBS CEO Bob Bakish revealed the end of his and fellow talk show host Stephen Colbert’s at-home filming earlier this month during the company’s earnings call.

‘Colbert and Corden will be returning to their buildings next week, albeit with no audience,’ he said.

All of the late night hosts began filming from home in March as the coronavirus began to spread throughout the United States.

Colbert hosts CBS’ flagship late night series The Late show, while Corden is on just after him with The Late, Late Show.
