Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann’s split after 11 years of marriage is turning very contentious.

On Tuesday TMZ reported that the 44-year-old reality TV star and the 37-year-old former football player are already battling it out over who gets what.

The site claimed that both want sole custody of their children.

Together the Georgia-based couple have four children Kroy Jagger (KJ), 11, Kash, 10, and twins Kaia and Kane, nine. She also has two adults daughters, Brielle and Ariana, with an ex.

And it was also claimed that Montana native Kroy wants to keep their $2.5M sprawling seven bedroom mansion in Alpharetta, Georgia, even though it is reportedly in foreclosure as they owe $1.1M in unpaid taxes.

And Kroy has asked that Kim move out immediately. TMZ claimed earlier on Tuesday that they are both still living in the house even though they have split.

An ugly war: Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann’s split after 11 years of marriage is turning very contentious

A war: On Tuesday TMZ reported they both want sole custody of their children. Together the Georgia-based couple have four children Kroy Jagger (KJ), 11, Kash, 10, and twins Kaia and Kane, nine

Throwback: Once married, Kroy also legally adopted Kim’s daughters from her previous relationships, Brielle, 26, and also Ariana, 21, whom the reality star shares with ex-husband, Daniel Toce; Brielle and Ariana seen left

Asking for sole custody is an unusual move as exes often request joint custody to make the divorce smoother.

Kroy has asked for sole legal and physical custody. Kim wants sole physical custody with visitation for Kroy.

The cause for divorce appears to be financial as they are over $1M in the hole and pointing fingers.

Kim and Kroy allegedly did not pay taxes in 2013, 2017 and 2018. The reality stars also reportedly owe the state of Georgia $15,000 in unpaid taxes from 2018.

TMZ earlier claimed that Kroy asked in his divorce petition that Kim must ‘maintain all financial documents including all income records, tax records, expense records and more,’ said the site.

They also both seem to want to end their marriage. Kim filed over the weekend, and Kroy filed on Monday.

Her paperwork said the marriage is ‘irretrievably broken with no hope of reconciliation,’ the outlet noted.

The outlet also reported that she requested spousal support. Kim also asked for her maiden name be restored legally.

Apparently, the split has been in the works for a while.

People claimed that Kim had been planning to split from Kroy for ‘a long time,’ and did not tell anyone, even family or friends.

‘The money has been a huge issue. The million dollar tax [payment] was just way too much pressure on them,’ the source said.

Adding: ‘There’s no cheating on either side. The money has a lot to do with the split, but there were other factors. He’s managing [the family] for a long time, so he technically did have a job. They’re not on good terms right now.’
