Euphoria bombshell Sydney Sweeney is seen in her clinging Spider-Woman gear for the firs time in a blood-pumping new trailer for Madame Web.
Dakota Johnson stars as the title superhero, who starts off as a normal New York City paramedic called Cassandra Webb.
After suffering a near-death experience, however, Cassandra finds herself inexplicably endowed with an ability to see into the future.
As she begins to embrace her developing superpowers, she connects with three other woman she has been linked to by mysterious chance.
One of them is Sydney’s character Julia Carpenter, a bespectacled busty blonde whose own journey lands her in a superhero uniform.

The movie starts with Cassandra walking into a diner and being confronted by supervillain Zeke, played by Tahar Rahim.
Zeke, who has the same basic powers as Spider-Man and wears a uniform resembling a dark version of the hero, begins terrorizing the diner.
He and Cassandra are instantly locked in brutal combat – and matters soon take a turn for the worst when he grabs a table knife and drives it into her abdomen.
Flash to Cassandra outside the diner, as the audience realizes the whole fight scene has just been her glimpse into the future if she dares walk into the restaurant.
Cassandra decides against a course of action that ends with her getting stabbed, whispering: ‘Let’s try that again,’ before opting for another route.
The trailer then flashes back to Cassie’s origin story as a jobbing EMT trying to rescue a man from a car wreck on a bridge.
In the course of her attempts, she horrifyingly winds up trapped in the car herself as it slides through the torn-up railing and plunges into the water below.
Sinking fast, apparently about to drown, Cassie is tormented by grisly visions including apparently of a dead baby.

A stroke of luck arrives in the form of a male colleague played by Adam Scott, who fishes her out of the water and resuscitates her ‘back to the land of the living.’
Cassie’s life, however, only grows stranger and stranger as she heads to the doctor complaining of more visions that afflict her at work.
Once, before attending to a gruesome collision in the city, she had a vision of the whole scene playing out and thus already knew her patient ‘was gonna die.’
Then an incident on the New York subway unites her with the three women who become her sidekicks for the rest of the film.
All three of them – Mattie Franklin (Celeste O’Connor), Anya Corazon (Isabela Merced), and Julia – are sitting on the same subway car as Cassie.
However Cassie in a flash has a vision of Zeke entering the carriage and strangling each of the defenseless women one by one.
Thinking fast, racing to prevent the vision from becoming reality, Cassie persuades the women to get off the subway before Zeke arrives.
Once they are all safe, Cassie takes Mattie, Anya and Julia into the woods to explain the bizarre set of circumstances that led to their coming together.

It turns out that the four women and Zeke – the supernatural figures in the story – are interlinked by a strange spiderweb of personal history.
Cassie discovers that Zeke, aka Ezekiel Sims, ‘was in the Amazon with my mom when she was researching spiders right before she died.’
Meanwhile Cassie lives in the same apartment building as Anya, once nearly flattened Mattie with her ambulance and also at one point encountered Julia in a hospital over the course of her duties as a paramedic.
They scarcely have time to marvel at the coincidences before being caught up in a battle to survive against Zeke’s machinations.
