Made in Chelsea’s Maeva D’Ascanio ignores ‘bad comments’ over holiday without baby son

Made In Chelsea favourite Maeva D’Ascanio has urged people to not share their bad comments amid her trip abroad without her baby son.

Maeva, 30, welcomed her first child with husband-to-be James Taylor, 27, in November last year, and is currently enjoying a skiing trip abroad.

It’s unclear where the new parents have jetted off to, but from the looks of Maeva’s Instagram, it’s somewhere beautiful and snowy.

The reality TV star – who used to date Chelsea lothario Miles Nazaire – also shared a snap of her dressed for chilly weather in a pair of leggings, snow boots and black puffer jacket which she paired with an off-white beanie.

Off the back of her sharing a glimpse into her trip, Maeva has confirmed that three month old Beau is not with her and James and that the tot is staying with his grandma while they’re away.

Upon sharing the information, she urged her followers to keep their thoughts to themselves.

“For people asking me: No Beau is not with us,” Maeva penned on her Instagram Story.

“He is with his grandma. He will come with us very soon for his first holiday [heart emoji]”.

The new mum went on to add: “(bad comments, you can keep that for yourself)”.

Maeva then proceeded to share a cute snap of baby Beau at his grandma’s while enjoying a snooze. The youngster looked adorable in a green striped babygrow with a yellow embroidered chick on the front as he was protected from scratching himself with a tiny pair of mittens.

This isn’t the first time Maeva has been away from Beau, however, after she was forced to isolate from the tot after she contracted Covid in December.

In a bid to stop the newborn from catching the infection, Beau went to stay with James’ mum.

Updating fans at the time of her illness, Maeva said in a video: “So, for the update, I have Covid. I am at home on my own.

"My little baby Beau is not here. I had to leave him to my mother-in-law because it's way more safe there for him because I know…

"It's really hard to say. Some people say that babies can catch Covid, some say babies cannot catch Covid but, just in case, I prefer him to be there and be safe."

She went on to say she had a “sh*t Christmas” as a result of her positive test, but the young family-of-three were all reunited for New Year’s Eve as they posed for a sweet snap in front of the Christmas tree.
