Melanie Hamrick worked up a sweat as she showed off her impressive gym routine in an Instagram post on Tuesday.
The brunette beauty, 34, who is the girlfriend of Rolling Stones legend Mick Jagger, showcased her peachy derrière through a pair of tight black shorts which she teamed up with a grey T-shirt.
The ballerina put on a balancing act while standing with one leg on a vibration plate while lifting a pair of weights in one video.

A follow-up clip saw the retired ballerina extend one of her toned legs into the air while thrusting her waist up and down, as she rested the other on a blue device.
In her caption, she wrote: ‘Working out,’ followed by the sunglasses emoji.
Melanie has been staying with Mick during the Rolling Stones’ No Filter tour.
The band played the final show of their 58-date worldwide tour at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino on Friday evening.

The choreographer, who has been dating Mick since 2014, has been at his side through all the ups and downs of the past four years of on-off touring.
A review of the evening’s gig in front of 65,000 fans praised the way Sir Mick ‘whipped the crowd into a frenzy by shuffling, sidestepping, kicking and shimmying across the stage’.
According to sources, after the Rolling Stones recent sell-out tours in LA, Mick preferred to stay at a separate hotel with his family.

He also went on to spend his days sightseeing, hiking local trails and enjoying intimate meals à deux with Melanie, either in their suite or at their favourite Japanese restaurant, Matsuhisa.
One insider said: ‘Mick’s totally changed. He’s always had a serious girlfriend but when he’s been on the road touring there have always been other girls, lots of them.
‘This time it’s different. Melanie, Dev and the nanny are on tour with him so it’s all about early nights and hanging with his family. And he’s happier than I’ve ever seen him.’
The band spent ten days in LA before leaving on Friday for the next show in their No Filter Tour in Minneapolis.

The source said: ‘Mick didn’t hang out with the band or crew at all except when they were working.
‘Covid regulations meant that everyone had to stay in their own bubbles and get tested daily by a team of medics who travel with them. Mick chose to stay in his family bubble.
‘Even at the concert venue he hung out in his dressing room with Melanie and Dev. He performed and then it was straight back to the hotel.
‘He and Melanie are fitness fanatics. They’ve got their own private chef so it’s egg-whites for breakfast and steamed fish or grilled chicken for dinner.’
