“The O.C.” fans may be able to get Mischa Barton’s personal items through a U-Haul sale.
The moving truck company filed papers in their ongoing battle against Barton and her boyfriend, Adam Spaw, asking the court for the right to sell Barton’s belongings at an auction if she doesn’t pay the $5,827.65 that she owes them, according to The Blast.
The actress infamously slammed her U-Haul truck into an apartment building in February 2017. She was heard saying, “Everything I own is in this U-Haul …What are we even going to do about this?” at the scene.
U-Haul currently has the possessions that were in the truck at the time since she hasn’t paid her bill, per their rental agreement.
Barton, 32, was first sued for $26,991.55 over the incident by the homeowner’s association at The Park Wellington in West Hollywood in October 2017, so her legal battles are far from over.
Barton’s rep didn’t immediately get back to us. U-Haul didn’t return a request for comment.
