Cardi B and Megan Thee Stallion’s raunchy performance at the Grammys last month generated more than 1,000 complaints to the Federal Communications Commission.

Viewers expressed disgust at the duo’s provocative routine on a massive bed for their rendition of hit song WAP and likened it to pornography, according to Rolling Stone.

Complainants also described feeling ‘violated’ and branded the March 14 performance ‘disgusting’ while expressing horror that children could have watched seen it, Rolling Stone reported.

According to the outlet, one complaint read: ‘I felt violated with Megan Stallion & Cardi B’s performance. I am pro-sex-positivity and body positivity but this performance crossed the line into pornography.

Another viewer told the FCC: ‘Many kids still awake at that time, and even non-consenting adults were unexpectedly staring at pure objectification of women at its finest. 

‘Objectification perpetuates violence against women, maintaining the ripple effect that causes domestic violence, human trafficking, encouraging the consumption of women and then the disposal of them.’

Explicit: Complainants also described feeling ‘violated’ and branded the March 14 performance ‘disgusting’ and ‘vulgar, deplorable trash’, Rolling Stone reported. 

Another complained: ‘It is hard to tolerate much less stomach the performance of Cardi B at the Grammys. It was disgusting and the thought of young children possibly viewing it horrifies me.’

Others criticized CBS which aired the Grammys, Rolling Stone said, and told the network ‘to end the vulgar, deplorable trash that was presented on national TV called the Grammy’s. If you’re not able then just rename it to something more in line and appropriate to what it actually was…LivePorn.’

One resident of California even threatened to take legal action if CBS did not stop displaying ‘pornography.’

Right-wing commentator Candace Owens got into a very public spat with Cardi B after she branded the Bodak Yellow hitmaker’s Grammy performance ‘degenerate’ and it heralded the ‘destruction of American values and American principles’. 

‘We are celebrating perversity,’ Owens opined during an appearance on Tucker Carlson’s show.
