This Morning star Phillip added: “In 2017 I wrote the first chapter and sent it to a few friends and they said: ‘Oh my God you have to write this,’ and I knew I couldn't, you know why. And then my life changed and then lockdown happened and I ended up with a shedload of time on my hands.

“And I thought: ‘Well, you’ve thought about it for long enough, and you’ve written all these notes, why don’t you do it and see what happens?’ And so I did. And I wrote, and I wrote and I loved it and it’s done.

“I will take you behind the scenes of my life, my career, my family, my friends and the ups and downs that there have been – lots of ups, lots up fun, but there have also been very, very emotional times as well.”

Phillip ended his video with: “I’ve been honest, I’ve been me and it’s done. I discovered at the end of it, life is indeed what you make of it.”
