Prince Harry’s ex Cressida Bonas shares beautiful first picture of baby son

Prince Harry's former love Cressida Bonas has shared an adorable photo of her baby son.

The actress and model, 33, was in a relationship with Harry between 2012 and 2014 with Cressida later going on to find love with husband Harry Wentworth-Stanley.

Cressida married Harry in 2020 and welcomed their first child in November last year.

Cressida shared a photo of herself snuggled up on the sofa with her baby and pet dog and wished her followers a happy new year.

In the caption she wrote: “Welcoming 2023 with these 2 treasures. Happy new year everybody!”

Harry and Cressida are thought to have been introduced by Harry’s cousin Princess Eugenie in 2012 and began dating not long afterwards.

Harry makes reference to his ex in his new memoir Spare, sections of which have leaked ahead of its official publication date next week.

In a translated excerpt from the leaked Spanish edition of the book, Harry describes breaking down when Cressida asked him about his mother Princess Diana, who was killed in a car crash in 1997, “with the perfect combination of curiosity and compassion”, according to the New York Post.

“I remember thinking to myself, ‘Oh no, I’m crying'" he writes, before admitting to his then-girlfriend: “It’s the first time I’ve been able to cry over my mother since we buried her”.

At the time of Harry and Cressida's break up, it was reported that they had "split amicably" as she became tired of the scrutiny that came alongside dating a member of the royal family.

Although their relationship may not have worked out, the pair remain on good terms, with Cressida even attending her ex's wedding to Meghan Markle.

Harry's autobiography Spare, which will be released on 10 January next week, contains many bombshell claims about Harry's upbringing and royal life, including claims that his older brother William physically attacked him in 2019, and King Charles pleaded with his two warring sons to sort out their differences.

Elsewhere in Prince Harry's new book, he claims that he asked a driver to re-create the journey taken by his mother in Paris during his trip to the city in 2007.

The Prince also claims he tried cocaine as a teenager, speaks about losing his virginity at age 17 and claims he killed 25 Taliban soldiers during his time serving in the army.
